In the heat exchanger, refrigerant colder than the water boils and soaks the heat out of it.

The compressor squeezes that warm vapour, concentrating the heat it carries.

The condenser and fan push the heat into the air. Colder, ozone-treated water flows back to the tub.
Why 2.0 HP matters

Do I still need to buy ice?
No. The chiller holds the water at the temperature you set, anywhere from 3 °C to 42 °C, so there is nothing to top up.
How long until it's cold the first time?
2047's published figure for 300 L is about 5 hours from 22.8 °C down to 2.9 °C. After that, the chiller only has to hold temperature, which takes far less work.
Will it fit on my balcony?
The standard tub is 170 × 80 cm and the chiller 60 × 40 cm. The barrel tub needs a 1 m circle. Send us a photo of the spot and we'll confirm the fit before delivery.
How do I keep the water clean?
Every litre passes an 80-mesh strainer, a 20-micron filter and ozone purification.
What if something goes wrong?
Diagnostics flag faults early and, with your permission, our support team can read them remotely. If a visit is needed, it's a local technician, and servicing is covered for life.
What if it isn't for me?
